Standby Events Ltd is the controller and processor of data that we hold from the form above, which may be added to as a result of our ongoing business relationship.  Data may be stored in digital form on computer systems (with appropriate security measures in place) or as archive paper copy in a lockable file store. 

 

We will process this data under the GDPR legal basis of "contract" to respond to your enquiry, and to allow us to deliver any services to you.  We won't share your data with 3rd parties, except if required by law - e.g. Police or HMRC as part of an investigation.  We will keep your data at least as long as is required to allow us to comply with our statutory duties.  Your data will not be added to a generic mailing list, although as part of the "contract" legal basis we are permitted to target future marketing to you as you have expressed an interest in our products.
